Foundations of Marital Sexual Intimacy (Muslim Women: Ages 18+)

A four-week course that empowers Muslim women with foundations for their sexual health and marital sexual intimacy. Each week will consist of a LIVE Zoom session led by Sameera, followed by access to the recording and learning materials.

  • This course will run on Sunday September 15th, 22nd, 29th and October 6th.

    Each week's session will begin at 11am EST (New York)/4pm BST (London). The sessions will be held on Zoom for 90 minutes.

  • Week 1 (Sept. 15): Foundations of Sexual Health

    Week 2 (Sept. 22): Islam and Soulful Sexual Intimacy

    Week 3 (Sept. 29): Sexual Desire, Arousal, and Pleasure

    Week 4 (Oct. 6): Foundations of Marital Sexual Intimacy (the 4Cs)

  • This course costs $95 USD to attend. This includes the four live Zoom sessions with Sameera; access to the session recordings until December 31, 2024; and downloadable weekly materials and resources that are yours to keep.

SAMEERA QURESHI, MS OTR: Founder of Sexual Health for Muslims

Sameera has spent her 16-year career working at the intersections of Islam and sexual health. She is passionate about creating and facilitating practical, compassionate, and insightful sexual health education for Muslims, centering Islamic traditions of the soul. Her approach not only shares the “what” related to sexual health for Muslims, but more importantly, the “why” and the “how.”

Who can attend this course?

This course is open to ANY Muslim woman aged 18+. Regardless of their marital status or where they live. Limited spots are available!

Will I get access to the recording?

Yes! You will have access to the four session recordings until December 31st, 2024. You get to keep the weekly PowerPoints and resources shared after each session.

What topics will be covered?

We will first address women’s sexual health; Islamic perspectives of soulful marital intimacy; dive deep into sexual response (desire, arousal, and pleasure); and end with marital sexual intimacy in action (i.e. the 4Cs).

Will I be on camera?

This is up to you! You can turn your camera on, which may help you focus (!), or you can leave it off, especially if moving around. Attendees will not be able to unmute to minimize distractions.

What if I can’t attend all four sessions?

You can catch up with the recording. A LOT of important content will be covered each week and one session builds on the next, so please try to attend each week.

What are the expectations to attend?

Please be in a private, distraction-free room. Stay hydrated! Bring a notebook with you and get comfortable - we have a LOT of content to cover - and it’ll be fun! :)
