Individual and Couples Therapy

A space for compassionate witnessing and meaningful change

Struggle is not a detour from the soul’s journey — it is often the very place where something essential is asking to be tended to.

People come to therapy carrying many forms of hardship. Some are clear and nameable; others are quieter, harder to articulate, or long held in silence. You may be navigating sexual concerns, emotional distress, relational pain, spiritual confusion, or a sense of being stuck despite sincere effort.

Therapy here is not about fixing you or rushing toward solutions. It is about being met — fully — and supported in understanding what your struggles are asking of you, and how to move through them with greater clarity, compassion, and grounding.

I support individuals and couples across sexual, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions, honoring these as interconnected aspects of the soul’s lived experience.

How I work: A holistic, soul-centered approach

My approach is grounded in compassionate witnessing — meeting you where you are while gently supporting meaningful change. I draw from occupational therapy, trauma-informed and somatic frameworks, and Islamic psychology, honoring the human being as an integrated whole.

Rather than focusing solely on coping or symptom relief, our work aims to address root patterns, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate a more embodied, spiritually grounded way of living and relating.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and gently turn toward what you’ve been carrying — especially what feels tender, confusing, or persistent.

Clients often seek support around sexual health and intimacy concerns, anxiety or low mood, trauma responses, emotional overwhelm, spiritual distress, or repeating patterns that remain despite insight and effort.

Our work attends not only to thoughts and behaviors, but to the body, nervous system, emotions, and inner life of the soul. Sessions are guided by careful attunement and grounded in compassion and fostering self-accountability.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for spouses/partners who sense that something important is happening between them, even when connection feels strained or communication has become difficult. Many couples feel caught in cycles of disconnection, conflict, sexual difficulty, emotional shutdown, or unspoken resentment. Others come during life transitions that reshape the relationship in unexpected ways.

This work focuses on understanding relational patterns, nervous system responses, and unmet needs — rather than assigning blame. By slowing the process down, both partners are supported in feeling seen, regulated, and able to engage more honestly.

Couples therapy can support intimacy, communication, trust, attachment healing, and the integration of faith and values into relational life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I support individuals and couples navigating a wide range of struggles, including sexual health concerns, emotional and mental health challenges, relational distress, trauma responses, and spiritual or faith-related struggles. These experiences are often deeply interconnected, and therapy here honors the whole person — body, emotions, relationships, and soul — rather than treating any one concern in isolation.

  • I work with clients internationally as well as those based in the United States and Canada. All sessions are held online.

For clients outside North America, scheduling will need to accommodate my working hours and time zone. Availability is discussed collaboratively to ensure sessions can be held in a way that feels sustainable and respectful for both of us.

  • If you are seeking a space that honors your struggle with compassion, attends to the nervous system and soul alongside emotional and relational concerns, and moves beyond surface-level coping toward deeper understanding, this work may be a good fit.

Before beginning, there is an intake form and process that allows me to get a thoughtful sense of what you’re navigating and what you’re hoping for from therapy. This also helps ensure that the work I offer aligns with your needs. Many past clients have shared that even the first session feels clarifying and grounding — offering a sense of being deeply seen and helping them discern whether this approach feels supportive for them moving forward.

You are welcome to reach out and begin this process with curiosity, rather than certainty.

  • Individual therapy: $225 USD per 60-minute session

Couples therapy: $250 USD per 60-minute session

    All sessions are conducted online.

  • Therapy requires an ongoing commitment to the work. Most clients begin with sessions every 2–3 weeks, allowing enough continuity to build momentum while honoring the depth of the work. Over time, as greater stability and clarity develop, sessions are often spaced further apart.

Session frequency is always collaborative and adjusted based on your needs and goals.

  • I do not accept insurance for therapy services in the United States or Canada.

For U.S.-based clients, I am able to provide superbills upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to check directly with your insurer.

  • All therapy sessions are conducted online through a private, confidential, and secure therapy platform designed to protect your confidentiality. This allows you to attend sessions from a space that feels comfortable and accessible to you.

  • Due to the nature of this work and limited capacity, there is typically a 3-4 week wait between requesting therapy and beginning sessions, if availability allows. New clients are accepted on a rolling basis.

If I am unable to offer you a spot immediately, you will be notified and are welcome to check back or inquire again at a later time.

  • Therapy here is not designed as a one-time or drop-in service. Beginning therapy involves a commitment to showing up consistently and engaging the process with openness and care. This allows the work to unfold in a way that is both meaningful and supportive of real change.

  • Therapy is designed as an ongoing process and works best when there is space for continuity and depth over time. If you are looking for short-term, focused support rather than ongoing therapy, my Guidance Sessions may be a better fit.

Guidance Sessions are a 3-session consultation-style offering that focuses on practical tools and insight, while still addressing the root causes underlying what you’re experiencing. This option is especially well-suited if you are seeking clarity, direction, or support around a specific concern, decision point, or pattern, without committing to longer-term therapy.

Guidance Sessions are not therapy, but they do offer structured, thoughtful support informed by my clinical background and soul-centered framework.

You’re welcome to learn more about this option on the Guidance Sessions page and explore whether it aligns with what you’re looking for at this time.
